Wolf is a rapid engineering design and development company. We specialize in customized Video Graphics products and embedded computer technology for Aerospace, Industrial, Commercial, and Military customers. Wolf is committed to personalized creative customer service.
In a Hardware Contractor we are seeking the following:
- Electrical / Hardware design and development
- Motherboard design with Ethernet, PCIe, USB, Serial, Digital/Analog Video
- Solid schematic capture experience (OrCad preferred)
- Design experience with high speed digital circuits
- Strong current knowledge of processor design (Intel or Freescale)
- Comfortable with design re-use and working with an existing product
- Prototype debugging, design verification and validation
- Strong team player with minimal supervision
- An appreciation for embedded system design for harsh environments
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Strong writing skills required for specification and documentation
- Layout experience is a nice to have
- FPGA design experience a benefit (Verilog preferred)
- 7 or more years with direct and specific experience in hardware/electronics design
In a Software Contractor we are seeking the following:
- Embedded system software design and development
- BSP and driver development for any of these embedded software platforms
- VxWorks, Linux, QNX, and WinCE
- Solid coding practices enabling design reuse and understanding
- Software design experience with Motorola (Freescale) and Intel processors
- Strong current knowledge of processor design (Intel or Freescale)
- Comfortable with design re-use and working with an existing product
- Strong team player with minimal supervision
- An appreciation for embedded system design for harsh environments
- Software Engineering degree
- Strong writing skills required for specification and documentation
- Experience with BIOS software a plus
- 7 or more years with direct and specific experience in software design
